This is a 30-year Architectural Onyx Black colored roof. The old three tab roof was torn off and replaced with this updated and upgraded material.

It was leaking all over on the back side because of some improper installation techniques done by the prior roofer. Only a proper installation provides the owner with the security of a full warranty on materials and installation.
