Before you call
What to have ready when you call
- The address, and whether the house is one or two stories.
- Where the water or damage shows up, inside and out.
- What the roof is made of and roughly how old it is, if you know.
- Any photos you can take safely from the ground.
- Whether an insurance claim is involved.
During the busiest storm weeks, if every roofer is already on a roof and your leak cannot wait, we may forward your call to another established Portland roofing company so you are not left without help.
