Privacy policy
What we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What this policy covers
This policy explains how MY Construction Roofing handles information connected to this website and to phone calls with our office. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Information you give us
This website has no forms and no accounts. When you call (503) 917-5484, we note what you tell us so we can do the work: your name, phone number, the property address and a description of the roof problem. We may take photos of your roof during an inspection or job.
How we use it
We use this information to schedule visits, prepare estimates, do the work, follow up on it and keep job records. If you ask us to, we share photos and notes with your insurance company. We do not sell personal information.
Forwarded calls
On rare busy nights, if no roofer is free and your situation cannot wait, we may forward your call to another established roofing company in the Portland area. In that case the company that answers handles your information under its own policies.
Website data
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP addresses, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, and the office map loads from Google Maps only if you press the Show map button.
Your choices
Call us if you want to know what we hold about you or want it corrected or deleted, and we will take care of it unless we need to keep a record for a legal or warranty reason.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page. Last updated October 18, 2026.
